Integrated solution for MiL/SiL/HiL/Dyno testing for road vehicles (Veristand/Dynacar)

Dynacar is based on a complex vehicle dynamic model developed in Labview Real time which interacts with the driver and physical hardware at the same time with deterministic performance. This is known as HiL (Hardware-in-the-loop) and as HiL (Human-in-the-loop). Dynacar is based on an X-in-the-loop approach (XiL)

  • Integration with human-in-the-loop tests
  • Communication with human HiL uses a state of the art graphic engine for an immersive environment for engineers and virtual test pilots
  • Driver input can come from a real user at the steering wheel or using Dynacar's autonomous mode.
  • Connectivity with NI test equipment is straightforward since Dynacar was developed in Labview Real Time. Typical test equipment used:
    • Torque dynamometers for powertrain development
    • Battery test bench
    • Suspension rig test equipment
  • Robust, deterministic and fast performance for hardware integration
  • Less than 1 ms loop solving time
  • Easy hardware I/O integration with test bench equipment
  • Driving cycle editor for automated test
